YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage tactical and strategic CSR programs by coordinating multidisciplinary resources and projects while meeting requirements in terms of quality, timelines and costs;
  • Organized and coordinate major key initiatives related to CSR programs 
  • Align resources, agencies and partners towards project key milestones
  • Ensure necessary communication and governance to project sponsors, contributors and stakeholders
  • Using project management models, oversee ongoing monitoring of tasks and deliverables deadlines
  • Act as change and mobilizing agent in key CSR projects and initiatives
  • Continuously review philanthropic and CSR practices to ensure a positive impact in our 3 programs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
  • Project Management
  • CSR Experience 
  • Great communication, influence and listening skills
  • Change management skills

Position located in Montreal or Sherbrooke
