YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage tactical and strategic CSR programs by coordinating multidisciplinary resources and projects while meeting requirements in terms of quality, timelines and costs;
- Organized and coordinate major key initiatives related to CSR programs
- Align resources, agencies and partners towards project key milestones
- Ensure necessary communication and governance to project sponsors, contributors and stakeholders
- Using project management models, oversee ongoing monitoring of tasks and deliverables deadlines
- Act as change and mobilizing agent in key CSR projects and initiatives
- Continuously review philanthropic and CSR practices to ensure a positive impact in our 3 programs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field
- Project Management
- CSR Experience
- Great communication, influence and listening skills
- Change management skills
