Le rôle dans l’équipe

• Travailler de concert avec l’équipe de direction afin de définir les objectifs marketing à atteindre
• Établir un plan stratégique de communications marketing numériques
• Exécuter et optimiser toutes les campagnes web, courriel, réseaux sociaux et publicitaires nécessaires au succès de l’entreprise
• Analyser les performances des différentes campagnes marketing afin d’apporter des ajustements stratégiques en continu afin d’atteindre les cibles
• Créer du contenu pour élaborer une identité marketing inspirante, distinctive et percutante
• Effectuer des recommandations sur les sites web dans le but d’optimiser l’expérience client et la clarté du message
• Veiller à ce que les stratégies de SMO et SEO soient mises en oeuvre et efficaces
• Inspirer les équipes avec des stratégies fortes, claires et concises et des insights puissants
• Interconnecter le marketing et le CRM
• Produire du matériel d’aide à la vente et aux formations des clients
• Propulser la vente de nouveaux modules
• Réfléchir à de nouveaux efforts marketing créatifs

Ce que nous recherchons

Vous êtes une personne qui adore la création de contenu distinctif, qui comprend bien comment provoquer des émotions dans ses messages, qui s’amuse avec les mots et les images, qui ajuste constamment le plan pour atteindre l’objectif et qui est axé sur les résultats. • Bilinguisme (anglais/français) exigé
• Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communications, journalisme ou dans un autre domaine connexe
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en stratégie marketing ou similaire
• Connaissance des plateformes de médias sociaux
• Expérience dans une plateforme d’automatisation du marketing et les meilleures pratiques d'optimisation des moteurs de recherche
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles visant à susciter l'intérêt
• Proactivité et rigueur dans l’exécution des stratégies
• Aptitudes en gestion de projet
• Autonomie et grand sens des responsabilités
• Familier avec Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Illustrator et Photoshop

What we offer

The challenge of promoting a local company by implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy. Both in terms of websites, social networks and support for different departments. We have done business with agencies a few times, but this time we want to take it to the next level and have someone take responsibility for our marketing. Someone in-house who will brainstorm with management on how to take this business to the next level. The role in the team

• Work together with the management team to define the marketing objectives to be achieved
• Establish a strategic digital marketing communications plan
• Execute and optimize all web, email, social media and advertising campaigns necessary for the success of the business
• Analyze the performance of the various marketing campaigns in order to make continuous strategic adjustments in order to reach the targets
• Create content to build an inspiring, distinctive and impactful marketing identity
• Make recommendations on websites in order to optimize the customer experience and the clarity of the message
• Ensure that SMO and SEO strategies are implemented and effective
• Inspire teams with strong, clear and concise strategies and powerful insights
• Interconnect Marketing and CRM
• Produce sales support material and customer training
• Drive the sale of new modules
• Think about new creative marketing efforts
