Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence
- Maintain an understanding of each product to provide relevant guidance to all customers when necessary
- Liaise with the different internal departments to follow up on matters requiring further attention or resolution
- Take an active customer service role and provide product and customer feedback
- Act as a guide to assist and train clients with support resources
- Handle difficult calls effectively to reduce escalations
- Perform additional related duties and tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Fluent bilingualism – English (5/5) and French (3/5)
- At least 1 to 2 years of stable experience in customer service
- Results-driven, energetic and autonomous individual
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
