Digital Project Manager - New Technologies

This person must be very motivated and extremely well organized. The main task of this person is to manage the projects, the digital team and the calendars for the launching of the Cinco digital projects, including the applications of new technologies (virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence), the experiential marketing, the digital marketing, event planning and activation, from initiation to final delivery.

She or he will ensure a good workflow during all stages of a project in production including different creative aspects, resources, schedules, budgets, working with suppliers and partners and ensuring that the final product is of optimal quality.

The digital project manager will report to the Director of Digital Innovation & Development and will work closely and communicate with internal and external contacts, working on projects of different scope and size.

responsibilities:

Proactively manages and controls digital projects from initial concept to execution by organizing project launches, gathering information and assets as required, and obtaining required approvals.
Manages the daily and weekly workflow of the digital team (developers, graphic designers, video editors, 3D modelers, VR experts); internal and external teams
Ensures that projects are executed according to strategy in predetermined budgets and on time.
Monitors closely and maintains daily status reports of projects and budgets; Participates in weekly meetings of the digital team to facilitate creative reviews and to update the group on the status of the project.
Organizes cross-activities and oversees the collection and distribution of important information to the digital team.

Qualifications :

Exigences minimales : baccalauréat en informatique, ingénierie, technologie du jeu vidéo ou domaine connexe.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet/emploi en communication marketing dans une agence de divertissement, une industrie du jeu vidéo, une firme de design ou un environnement marketing connexe.
Connaissance pratique des nouvelles technologies ; réalité virtuelle et réalité augmentée.
Connaissance pratique de logiciels créatifs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Connaissance pratique de la programmation, de l’assurance de la qualité et de l’implantation de systèmes d’application.
Développement C et C++ et compétences d’optimisation
Grande connaissance des plateformes des TI populaires (iOS, OSX, Windows, Android) et également des médias sociaux.
L’expérience avec les logiciels de gestion de projet est un avantage.
Une considération spéciale sera accordée aux personnes formées PMP.
Excellentes compétences dans les communications écrites et orales.
Capacité à persévérer et à s’organiser dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec des variables qui changent constamment.
Confident and solid leader who motivates and builds trust with others, both internally and externally.
Proficient in the Apple environment
Completely bilingual (English and French); written and spoken
Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the year.
