Job Description
In this role you will work collaboratively with Sales, Production, Creative Services and Finance for La Presse’s network of newspapers and La Presse Plus tablet app: 
• Provide support to the Sales team and act as back up when needed
• Check avails, book, schedule, upload creative for all print and digital daily ad campaigns using our ad management systems 
• Manage creative implementation for campaigns by collaborating with clients, technical teams, creative, marketing and sales as necessary
• Request campaign performance reports 
• Cultivate positive business relationships with advertisers, both agencies and client direct
• Request and follow up with credit applications
• Communicate technical specifications to clients/agencies, and provide appropriate information for creative delivery
• Ensure that campaigns run per the IO’s
• Follow up with agencies/clients and ensure that ad creative has been received per specs and uploaded in time to meet the daily material deadlines
• Work with sales on presentation material and sales collateral when necessary
• Work closely with sales to help deliver against aggressive revenue targets
• Work with sales on RFP requests from clients/agencies when applicable
• Attend client meetings/calls when necessary
• Work with finance on resolution of any billing discrepancies
• Good knowledge of the Internet, print, web, and online media

Requirements
• Good knowledge of the Internet, print, web, and online media
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, organized and client focused
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented
• Collaborative team player
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Bilingual (French and English)
