Place: Telecommuting/Canada
Position details: full-time contract (18 months)
Caring for the environment has never been more important than it is today. The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join a team working to protect our most precious natural environments and the animal and plant species they support.
As Canada's leading private land conservation and not-for-profit organization, NCC works to protect our most precious natural environments and the species they support. Since 1962, we have mobilized people to conserve and restore more than 15 million hectares across the country. NCC's collaborative and evidence-based approach achieves conservation successes for the benefit of nature and people. With a national office in Toronto and seven regional offices across the country, NCC is able to deliver real results.
NCC recognizes that it operates in territories that Indigenous peoples have long cared for under their own laws and knowledge systems. We are committed to transforming the way we work, advancing reconciliation through conservation, and collaborating with Indigenous peoples in meaningful, respectful, and supportive ways.
