Host A Pet is a web and an application platform that links parents of dogs and cats (clients) with certified gardians (hosts). The goal of Host A Pet is to generate trust and care between pet owners and hosts, in order to nourish a community and create a second family for these pets. Our HAP hosts can offer up to six services, which are boarding, daycare, dog walking, bath, training, and transport. Hosts can thus determine the services they want to offer, as well as their prices, restrictions, and preferences. Clients can in return choose the most appropriate services for their loved ones from a pool of certified hosts. Host a Pet operates a personalised host certification process to better select and train hosts, which gives pets’ parents the confidence and peace of mind that their pets will be safe. 

Host a Pet is the only online platform in Canada that currently offers these six services simultaneously or independently, as well as fully fonctional in French and English. Host a Pet is a Montreal-based, owned, and run start-up.
