DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Relevant du directeur du marketing et des communications corporatives, le rôle principal de la coordonnatrice ou du coordonnateur communications et traduction est de soutenir le directeur et son équipe dans la gestion de divers projets relevant du département.

Plus précisément, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion du service de traduction, plus précisément faire le suivi des demandes provenant des divers départements et faire le suivi de la facturation avec l’équipe de la comptabilité.
  • Participer à la rédaction de pièces de communication (nouvelles, messages corporatifs, infolettres, etc.).
  • Réviser diverses pièces de communication et s’assurer de la qualité des documents produits par le département.
  • Soutenir certaines initiatives de communications corporatives destinées à un public interne et externes.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes et nos fournisseurs afin de soutenir la livraison des projets en cours.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

  • Études en communication, en linguistique, en relations publiques ou toute autre formation pertinente de niveau collégial ou universitaire;
  • Fortes aptitudes rédactionnelles et grande maîtrise de la langue française;
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais);
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique (Word, Excel et PowerPoint);
  • Sens de l’organisation, capacité d’adaptation et de gestion des priorités;

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Communications and translation Coordinator is primarily responsible for helping the director and their team manage various projects within the department.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage the translation service, more specifically follow up on requests from various departments and manage billing with the accounting team.
  • Contribute to the creation of various communication pieces (news, corporate messages, newsletters, etc.).
  • Proofread documents and ensure the quality of the projects produced by the department.
  • Support corporate communications initiatives for both an internal and external audience.
  • Collaborate with the various internal teams and our suppliers to support the delivery of ongoing projects

Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

  • College or university-level studies in communications, linguistic, public relations, or any another relevant field
  • Strong writing skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities
