Hestia Academy is on a mission to liberate teenagers to self-learn and to dare to create. We are building an impactful not-for-profit that has the potential to be a positive, step function change for our civilization. We are just getting started, but already moving fast.
Being a Communications & Operations Coordinator at Hestia Academy involves coordinating between different stakeholders to brand identity as well as ensure smooth operations for the organizations. And, since you will be working directly with the president, you will gain first-hand insight on the different aspects of building and running an organization.
That being said, you will be joining the early stages of Hestia Academy. Therefore, you will have the chance to wear all sorts of hats and shape the structure of the organization.
Responsibilities
💰Lead all communications and brand identity efforts.
- Constantly develop and look for new creative areas of raising capital
- Organize a fundraising gala
- Help in responding to different donors and grants requirements
- Assist the president to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills
- Attentive to details and organized
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience running brand campaigns (social media, events, email, etc.)
- Relationship builder
