YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Develops the media strategy for corporate communications - including financial communications - both proactively and reactively (crisis management)
  • Supervises the public relations agency
  • Adapts its media strategies to different market realities (e.g. different culture) and contributes to their realization
  • Play an advisory role for the various internal clients
  • Develops communication plans for various business projects
  • Establishes a global network of mass media relations
  • Contributes to the different positioning of the company
  • Creates communication tools to promote the BRP brand, adopting a more human tone to all target audiences
  • Supervise and / or write the various communication tools (Communiqué, Q&A, FAQ, etc.)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or any other related discipline.
  • Has more than 8 years of experience in media relations;
  • Excellent written and oral communication in French and English;
  • Have a good writing technique;
  • To be rigorous;
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment;
  • Ability to organize, plan and delegate work with collaborators and suppliers;
  • Ability to create an external professional network;
  • Sensitivity to various cultures;
  • Methodical, discernment, empathy, enthusiasm, determination and creativity;

The position could also be based in Montreal or Sherbrooke.
