YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Develops the media strategy for corporate communications - including financial communications - both proactively and reactively (crisis management)
- Supervises the public relations agency
- Adapts its media strategies to different market realities (e.g. different culture) and contributes to their realization
- Play an advisory role for the various internal clients
- Develops communication plans for various business projects
- Establishes a global network of mass media relations
- Contributes to the different positioning of the company
- Creates communication tools to promote the BRP brand, adopting a more human tone to all target audiences
- Supervise and / or write the various communication tools (Communiqué, Q&A, FAQ, etc.)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or any other related discipline.
- Has more than 8 years of experience in media relations;
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English;
- Have a good writing technique;
- To be rigorous;
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment;
- Ability to organize, plan and delegate work with collaborators and suppliers;
- Ability to create an external professional network;
- Sensitivity to various cultures;
- Methodical, discernment, empathy, enthusiasm, determination and creativity;
The position could also be based in Montreal or Sherbrooke.
