The Web and Digital Platform Strategist is responsible for the marketing digital ecosystem, ensuring our Bath Fitter technology platforms deliver superior brand experiences that drive engagement and generate demand. This role will report to the Marketing Director and be critical in managing, optimizing and governing our digital marketing platforms and systems. As Bath Fitter MarTech leader, this role will drive strategy, execution and management of our marketing technology platforms to help us enhance our online media performance and digital experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has the ability to combine marketing best practices and principles with technological solutions to develop and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead the strategy, management and governance for all marketing technology platforms – websites, landing pages, email systems, CRM, data andamp; analytics
  • Oversee technical media campaigns set-up including telephony, GTM, and CRM sources. Govern website tagging and tracking on our web properties.
  • Ensure proper path to sale tracking to improve attribution.
  • Lead marketing data management with ability to understand and manage data flow across multiple tools and systems. Align KPIs with retail team.
  • Support data attribution deliverables and collaborate with IT to build a cohesive and unified view of marketing data.
  • Configure marketing automation platforms to support demand generation through media and content strategies.
  • Serve as the internal champion for marketing technology initiatives. Identifying opportunities, optimizations and supporting adoption.
  • Be marketing key point of contact for CRM, email platforms and multiple analytics platforms.
  • Support technical requirements and CRM integration for marketing email campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimize the National and local website strategy, identifying optimization opportunities and managing monthly maintenance program. Collect cross-functional insights to set web development roadmap.
  • Oversee the updating of website and landing page content through internal and external partners. Be the owner of our CMS.
  • Maintain digital dashboards and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success. Monitor website, landing page and DYOB uptime and functionality.
  • Collaborate and be key connect with our IT team on all marketing technologies and systems. Liaison with IT to onboard marketing systems andamp; platforms.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with external agencies/partners and IT team to ensure business needs are translated into the right technical solutions.
  • Be key point of contact on web privacy policies and tracking. Ensure consistent compliance with digital governance policies and the ever-evolving data privacy regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Business or Commerce, Marketing, Technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading marketing technology, website, CRM type programs
  • Strong experience developing strategies and managing complex technology projects from concept to delivery
  • Thorough understanding of web development process and technologies; advanced knowledge of SEO and CMS platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external partners/agencies
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of MarTech and AdTech landscape
  • Solid understanding of demand generation strategies and how digital platforms and technologies support and connect
  • Data systems and analytics experience with understanding of digital media tracking and measurement
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems andamp; CRM integration
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Email ESP experience, Click Dimensions or equivalent
  • Experience in CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics or similar data driven system
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Website CMS, WordPress or similar

  • Solid analytical skills, ability to gather and interpret insights and propose relevant recommendations.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, working with many levels within the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
