Our client, Voxco, is a private equity-backed global provider of survey software that is used to create phone, web, mobile and face-to-face surveys. Organizations in over 30 countries rely on their leading survey technology to collect feedback and gain insights. The software can be deployed both on-cloud (SaaS) and on-premise. The Opportunity

Voxco is looking for an operationally minded individual who will act as the liaison between sales, marketing, and executives’ teams. You will get a lot of face time with the executive team allowing you to grow and learn as fast as you're willing to. This role is highly dynamic and cross-functional as you will be responsible for strategic projects with multiple moving parts.

What you will do:

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster
  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to optimize sales channels
  • Diagnose gaps, design and implement innovative global and scalable operational processes that increase efficiency
  • Manage team to handle manual routing of unenriched leads. Own the automated lead routing process, collaborating with the Sales team. Improve Top of Funnel conversions, shorten sales cycles
  • Accelerate velocity across their key deals and pipeline. Closely monitor the lead journey and ensure timely follow up to maximize conversions
  • Handoff leads to sales execs and partners, schedule follow up calls, support sales material creation
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with delivery, sales team, marketing, and finance. Ensure the adoption of new processes and tools, with emphasis on performance measures
  • Track, analyze, and report on various marketing campaigns to evaluate success, measure ROI, and determine best practices
  • Be a champion for clean CRM data. Actively manage CRM data and generate reports for executives
  • Follow up on leads generated by partners as needed (ie. from conferences)
  • Create, manage, optimize and maintain CRM records (Copper CRM), reports and dashboards
  • Assist with ongoing analytical, reporting, administrative and operational tasks (Produce high-quality analysis regarding sales performance, customer trends, forecasting, and insights for various aspects of the business)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of their order to cash activities
  • Own CRM user training, process enhancements, and utilization metrics.
  • Provide support to the CMO, VP of Sales and Sales team on special projects or requests

Your Qualifications:

  •  3 - 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing automation tools (ideally Pardot), Analytics and Data Management tools
  • Experience with data visualization and creating dashboards/reports
  • Strong attention to detail, operational execution ability and care about the fine details
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
