RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Relevant de la chef aux communications internes, vous participerez à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communications destinées aux publics internes d’Héma-Québec.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes du service, spécifiquement les équipes des technologies de l’information, le graphiste et les relations publiques.
Plus particulièrement, vous :
- Élaborez des stratégies de communication interne et en assurez la mise en œuvre;
- Assurez la gestion courante des outils électroniques de communication interne en place (intranet, écrans d’information, etc.);
- Produisez des contenus et en assurez la diffusion sur les plateformes électroniques de l’organisation;
- Contribuez à l’élaboration de la stratégie d’amélioration de la circulation de l’information dans l’organisation ainsi qu’au développement des outils de communication interne en place.
- Jouez un rôle- conseil auprès des dirigeants d’Héma-Québec et de leurs équipes, notamment dans le cadre de projets spéciaux;
- Participez aux rencontres de coordination avec les partenaires des communications internes;
- Contribuez à divers projets de l’organisation et en assurez le volet communication;
- Suivez la réalisation du calendrier annuel d’activités internes.
EXIGENCES
- Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires en communications ou tout autre diplôme pertinent;
- Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en communication, de préférence en communications internes ou communications électroniques;
- Maîtriser les logiciels de gestion de contenus Web (Sharepoint) et les logiciels de la suite Office ;
- Posséder une connaissance de base des logiciels de traitement d’image (Photoshop);
- Maîtriser parfaitement la langue française à l’oral et à l’écrit;
- Aux fins de dotation, toutes combinaisons de scolarité et d’expérience jugées pertinentes seront prises en considération.

Internal Communications Advisor
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager of Internal Communications, you are involved in developing and implementing communication strategies intended for Héma-Québec’s internal audiences.
You work closely with the department’s various internal partners, specifically the information technology teams, the graphic artist, and public relations.
Specifically, you:
- Develop internal communication strategies and ensure they are implemented;
- Do the day-to-day managing of the existing internal electronic communication tools (intranet, information screens, etc.);
- Produce content and distribute it on the organization’s electronic platforms;
- Contribute to the development of the strategy for improving the flow of information within the organization and to the development of the existing internal communication tools;
- Play an advisory role with Héma-Québec’s leaders and their teams, including in the context of special projects;
- Attend coordination meetings with internal communications partners;
- Contribute to various projects by the organization and look after the communication component of them;
- Track the completion of the annual calendar of internal activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in communication or other relevant degree;
- At least two years of experience in communications, preferably internal or electronic communications;
- Proficient using Web content management programs (SharePoint) and the programs in the Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of image processing software (Photoshop);
- Perfectly fluent in French, both oral and written;
- For staffing purposes, any combination of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- A strong interest in internal communications;
- Be known as a creative, resourceful person who is able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing work environment;
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Good knowledge of the web in general and the specifics of an intranet;
- Be curious about new technologies intended for internal communications;
- Demonstrated skills in writing, Web writing and language editing.
