MISSION
Reporting to the IT Manager, The Help Desk Leve 1 is responsible for providing first level support for all end-users as well as SQL queries and Crystal reports
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve level 1 problems in the areas of hardware, software, applications, and operating system.
- Prepare quotes for new equipment
- Setup PC and new users
- Support on IP telephony
- Maintenance of Exchange Server
- Maintenance and support Panda antivirus
- Maintenance of inventory equipment
- Create and maintain queries on SQL
- Create and maintain Crystal reports
Qualifications
- Completed high school diploma in IT related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in Help Desk Level 1
- Experience in SQL and Crystal Reports
- Experience in Exchange
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge on SAP B1 & EDI is a plus
- Fluently bilingual: French and English
