Sommaire:

Sous la supervision de la Gestionnaire principale, communications-marketing, le ou la coordonnatrice communications-marketing assure la coordination de projets divers pour la commercialisation des unités d’affaires de Bell Média Ventes, télé, affichage, radio et digital, en support au développement des affaires de Bell Média au Québec. Réalisation d’événements clients rassemblant l’industrie publicitaire (lancements de programmation, événements thématiques, etc.) et d’événements internes (séminaires, conférences, etc.).

Responsabilités:

  • Organisation des événements marketing (lancement de programmation, commandites, activités clients)
  • Organisation des activités internes des ventes et marketing (séminaire des ventes, conférences Bell Média Ventes, etc.)
  • Suivis et gestion des communications visant la commercialisation (coordination avec les intervenants de chaque unité, élaboration de contenu pour les outils de communication clients et interne)
  • Négociation avec plusieurs fournisseurs (designers et programmeurs web, professionnels en événementiel, graphistes, traducteurs, fournisseurs d’objets promotionnels, etc.)
  • Rédaction variée: communications clients (infolettres) et communications internes (informations aux équipes de vente)
  • Gestion et mise à jour du site internet Bell Média Ventes et de ses réseaux sociaux
  • Suivis budgétaires
  • Tâches administratives diverses

Compétences requises:

  • Baccalauréat en marketing/communication ou toute autre formation pertinente
  • Deux à trois ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Excellente rédaction française en communications corporative et promotionnelle
  • Excellente grammaire pour révision de documents de vente
  • Expérience en gestion de sites web (requis) 
  • Connaissance du milieu des médias (un sérieux atout)
  • Excellent bilinguisme requis
  • Connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Connaissance de gestion de réseaux sociaux et Wordpress
  • Connaissances de base de Photoshop ou autre logiciel de graphisme (un atout)
  • Capacité d’entretenir des bonnes relations interpersonnelles et de bien communiquer
  • Créativité, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Souci du détail et jugement

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator coordinates various projects for the commercialization of Bell Media Sales TV, Out-of-home, Radio and Digital business divisions to support the development of Bell Media Sales in Quebec. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate client events bringing together the advertising industry (programming launches, thematic events, etc.) and internal events (seminars, conferences, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of marketing events (programming launch, sponsorships, client activities)
  • Organization of internal sales and marketing activities (sales seminar, Bell Media Sales conferences, etc.)
  • Coordination and updates of marketing communications (coordination with the stakeholders of each division, development of content for customer communication tools and internal communications)
  • Negotiation with several suppliers (web designers and programmers, event professionals, graphic designers, translators, suppliers of promotional items, etc.)
  • Copywriting: customer communications (newsletters) and internal communications (Sales team updates)
  • Management and updating of the Bell Media Sales website and its social networks
  • Budget tracking
  • Various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication or other relevant education
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent writing skills in French in corporate and promotional communications
  • Excellent grammar for reviewing sales documents
  • Experience in website management (required)
  • Knowledge of the media environment (a strong asset)
  • Bilingualism required
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of social networks and Wordpress
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphics software (an asset)
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills
