DESCRIPTION:
On national and international accounts (Fortune 500 company), a Project Manager at CINCO is responsible for overseeing the production aspects of several important projects / programs. He has an overview of all the projects assigned to him and must ensure a good management of the process and the realization. He will have an excellent knowledge of sponsorship management and experiential marketing as well as being passionate about emerging technologies. He will be resourceful, juggle multiple tasks at a time, and have the ability to present the established concepts to clients. He will be able to gather all the members of the team to work together towards the same goal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure strategic and creative planning as well as budget and operational projects
• Manage the client relationship for the projects assigned to him
• Provide leadership, and manage priorities for teams related to his projects
• Demonstrate leadership and Providing creative solutions
• Overseeing delegated tasks to coordinators (where applicable)
• Developing sustainable business relationships with suppliers
• Staying abreast of new suppliers, partnerships, and emerging technologies.
• Participate and collaborate in statutory meetings
EXIGENCES:
• 5 à 7 années d'expérience en gestion de projets
• Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) - écrit et parlé
• Compétences opérationnelles très fortes y compris la connaissance logistique / technique
• Expérience avec les événements en plein air (ex. grands festivals)
• Capacité à travailler directement avec les clients
• Grande expertise en production et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies
• Indépendant, débrouillard et curieux
• Personnalité énergique, positive, flexible et ouverte
• Organisé et soucieux du détail
• Orienté vers les solutions
