CINCO MARKETING INTERACTIF offers a full-time permanent position as Senior Accounting Technician and Assistant Controller in the Montreal office, in the heart of Old Montreal. As the business is growing rapidly and consistently, the incumbent will be expected to take on increasing responsibilities in the organization.

2. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The post consists of assisting the Director of the Finance and Administration Department in all the responsibilities of the management by providing support for business development from a project management and budget control perspective particularly, assuming responsibility for all bookkeeping operations, compiling accounting and management software, financial data and company operations, as well as assisting in the preparation and presentation of statements and other periodic financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards as well as participating in any other financial analysis and financial or management report project relevant to managerial decision-making.
3. MAIN TASKS:
La fonction Technicien(ne) comptable senior et Contrôleur(se) adjoint(e) inclut notamment, sans y être limité, les tâches suivantes :
- Compilation, vérification et suivi du cycle des comptes recevables et payables;
- Compilation, vérification, suivi et conciliation des comptes du GL et des comptes bancaires de même que participation à l’analyse des comptes;
- Aide à la préparation et à l’analyse des états financiers et rapports financiers mensuels internes et aide à la préparation des états financiers annuels – implication dans le processus du cycle comptable complet;
- Compilation, vérification et suivi des comptes de revenus et dépenses sur la base d’une comptabilité par projets;
- Participation au processus de contrôle budgétaire des projets – support à la préparation et au suivi des budgets revenus et dépenses de projets ainsi que participation à l’analyse des écarts et production de rapports de gestion;
- Préparation de l’information règlementaire requise et participation à la production des rapports mensuels de taxes de vente, d’impôt corporatif et de remises gouvernementales de retenues à la source et autre rapport aux autorités règlementaires;
- Participation à la mise en place, à l’implantation et au suivi de politiques et de règles financières administratives à l’égard de la gestion des dépenses internes et de projets et à l’égard de la gestion des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
4. CONNAISSANCE / ÉTUDES SPÉCIALISÉES / EXPÉRIENCE / APTITUDES :
Expérience éprouvée acquise en entreprise ou en cabinet comptable dans les domaine de la comptabilité de gestion de projet, formation universitaire avec spécialisation en comptabilité financière et de gestion et/ou titulaire ou en voie d’obtention d’un titre comptable professionnel agrée - un atout et/ou au minimum formation collégiale avec expérience pertinente exceptionnelle acquise de préférence au sein d’agence de publicité , de marketing, de technologies de l’information ou de gestion de projets. Maîtrise des principaux logiciels comptables intégrés, (QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Sage, Great Plains, SAP, etc) et connaissance de logiciel de gestion de projets (MsProjet, CRM, atTask, etc) et aptitudes à apprendre et utiliser des outils informatiques (suite Office, environnement Mac, etc) aptitude à travailler dans un environnement de gestion de projets, dynamique, exigeant, capacité communiquer efficacement dans les deux langues officielles avec la direction et les diverses unités de l’organisation.
