Objective of the position:
The media manager plays a leading role in the planning team, contributes effectively to client expectations and requests, and participates in the management of media placements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day communications and build strong client relationships for the manager
- Maintain good business relationships with partner agencies
- Develop media plans and presentations responding to client briefing
- Conduct negotiations on media buying campaigns and make purchases
- Supervise all accounting and administrative tasks related to media placements, for all accounts assigned to him, including the preparation of monthly media investment reports (BCRs)
- Conduct searches based on customer needs, using Telmar, InfoSys, COMBNavigator, comScore, Cardonline, Nielsen and other search tools
- Work effectively with finance, media investment and other internal groups to ensure the smooth running of client media activities

Education and experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience in media planning / media buying
- University studies ; specialization in advertising or marketing is an asset
