The Marketing & Communication Coordinator is part of the North American (NORAM) leisure team which delivers value-added marketing to support our defined business needs and market positioning.
You will be responsible for day to day activities for all CWT’s NORAM Leisure French translations both internally and externally along with providing marketing support of a specified area of the NORAM leisure portfolio.
You will work collaboratively across the global organization (especially Marketing, Communications and Public Relations), to drive and manage an integrated communications approach in support of CWT’s NORAM Leisure products and value proposition.
Communication
- French translation for all leisure area of business
- Management of daily marketing communications executing against overall communications strategy
- Maintain a communications standards guide and platform for efficient and effective delivery of key messages to internal and external audiences
- Responsible for internal communications as required, including the maintenance of a communications standards guide
- Responsible for the management of a “single voice” for CWT NORAM Leisure
Marketing
- Provide coordination and marketing support of the NORAM portfolio
- Ability to measure marketing activities to deliver predetermined ROI and support with analytical reports
- Execute tactics for campaigns/promotions that drive increased revenue for CWT and new marketable names to the CWT database
- Contribute to the marketing process; annual marketing planning, campaign postmortems, budgets and tracking and analytics
- Work with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent tone and integrity of CWT brand
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Highly proficient in French and English; very strong grammatical skills in both languages
- Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate/interface with multiple levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong PowerPoint presentation development abilities
- Understanding of web and linkages to broad communication strategy
- Demonstrated ability to implement robust communication strategies
- Strong French writing and editing skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
