2.  Sommaire de la fonction/Summary function 

This person will be responsible for managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects to ensure that all marketing collateral and communications reflect branding consistent corporate guidelines. In addition to a range of administrative and marketing support duties, this person will work to execute on projects and initiatives within the marketing department for Mondo’s Contract business unit. The positions primary objective is to keep Mondo current and progressive with a level of professional marketing and branding congruent with that of the market leader.   

3. Principales responsabilités/Key responsibilities

  • Graphics Design – design graphics and images for print and digital mediums including but not limimted to: web, social medial, email, direct mail, product feature sheets, brochures, binders, case studies, presentations, trade show banners and booths and other collateral to support the sales function.   
  • Social Media/Website Management – expanding use of these various tools to strategically promote and drive business to website. This would include development and content management for LinkedIn, Facebook, exploring establishing and expanding our use of other social media platforms; working to keep website ‘fresh’ and relevant, seeking/creating promotional feature opportunities Conduct research on new products, marketing news and website optimization.

  • Produce print projects using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other suitable software;
  • Direct marketing campaigns, email campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions;
  • Tracking campaign performance through existing CRM, reviewing performance reports and tracking activity for corrective modifications through a marketing automation platform
  • Monitoring social media accounts for communications related to the company, industry and competitors.Researching and executing creative ways to drive sales/traffic through social media efforts;
  • As necessary, maintain open lines of communication with all internal departments and external partners while providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely information;
  • Generate and cleanse as necessary distribution lists in Salesforce (CRM) by running pertinent and timely reports;
  • Update Mondo’s Contract business unit interanet site (Momentum) as needed;
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Reviewing the company website regularly to provide appropriate updates and corrections to content and images;
  • Working with the sales team and customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials including scheduling and catalogueing professional photography;
  • Researching, writing and editing a variety of compelling content, which may at various times include: instructional content, educational materials, marketing and sales pieces, infographics, trend pieces, press releases and other marketing material to support the company as an industry thought leader.

5. Formation, expérience et exigences/Academic background, experience and requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or design related field
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing position in a B2B corporate environment
  • Extreme attention to detail, excellent proofing skills, perfect grammar and spelling skills are critical
  • Solid background in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Project
  • Experience maintaining corporate social media accounts
  • Ability to learn new programs and tasks quickly
  • Strong people skills & communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with a team as well as individually
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong planning and organizing competencies, creativity and be able to work with short deadline
  • Flexible, creative, energetic, detail oriented and with a positive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Perfectly bilingual
