    Technicien(ne) - événementiel Productions Steel Space

    RÔLE

    Voici une opportunité pour un individu dynamique de se joindre à une entreprise excitante et grandissante spécialisée dans l’industrie du marketing événementiel.

    Le candidat idéal pour le poste de technicien évènementiel doit avoir de l’expérience au niveau audio-visuel et mécanique ainsi qu’une facilité à résoudre des problèmes. Ce rôle requiert un individu motivé ayant un horaire flexible.

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
    • Accompagne les unités lors des évènements
    • Activation et installation des unités
    • Transport de marchandise et de l’équipement
    • Participe à la préparation des unités et des évènements
    • Entretien et réparation des unités en usine et sur le terrain
    • Support technique aux clients en cas de besoin
    • Personne ressource sur le terrain
    • Assurer un service à la clientèle hors pair et oeuvrer à maintenir des relations de confiance
    • Produire des rapports d’activités sur nos évènements et la performance de nos unités.

    EXIGENCES
    • Bilinguisme essentiel (plus de 75% des communications se feront en anglais)
    • Diplôme collégial soit en communications, marketing, audio-visuel, construction ou gestion et production d’évènements
    • Connaissance souhaitable du marché évènementiel ou expérience au sein d’agences marketing et évènementielles
    • Habiletés à planifier, à établir des priorités et à résoudre des problèmes
    • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets simultanément
    • Intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies
    • Forte aptitude pour le travail d’équipe et les relations interpersonnelles
    • Facilité à communiquer en public
    • Parfaitement bilingue (capacité de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais obligatoire)
    • Un permis de conduire valide est requis avec un bon dossier de conduite
    • Doit avoir une voiture.

    Events Technician

    ROLE
    Interested in working on new and exciting projects with some of North America’s biggest industry players? With the company growing at an astounding rate, Steel Space is looking for a new Events Technician with a creative mind that will be passionate about our product and about working in the events and marketing industry.

    The ideal candidate for the position will have audio-visual and mechanical experience and will be adept at problem solving. This role requires a motivated individual with a flexible schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Accompany our units during events
    • Activate and install the units
    • Transportation of goods and equipment
    • Participate in unit & event preparation
    • Maintain and repair factory units onsite
    • Provide technical support to customers when needed
    • Steel Space’s contact person onsite at events, representing the company
    • Provide customer service and outstanding work to maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Write event and unit performance progress reports

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bilingual (over 75% of communications will be in English).
    • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, audiovisual, construction or in event production & management
    • Knowledge of the event marketing market or desirable experience within marketing agencies and in event marketing
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and solve problems
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong interest in new technologies
    • Strong aptitude for teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • Strong public speaking skills
    • Fully bilingual (excellent communication skills in both English and French is absolutely mandatory)
    • A valid driver's license is required along with a clean driving record
    • Must have a car
