Founded in 1998 in Canada, Imports Dragon is now the fastest-growing toy and game distribution and manufacturer company in Canada with offices in Toronto, Boisbriand and Hong Kong.
Imports Dragon is now looking to hire an Amazon E-Commerce Specialist.
Based in Boisbriand and reporting to the President, the selected candidate will help us take our growing business to the next level. You will be in charge of building new customer revenue and manage the online sales on Amazon empire.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Adding and updating product offers online (product images, prices, etc.);
Ensuring automated process are working correctly (orders, inventory, websites);
Managing the visibility on Internet;
Managing customer service (respond to requests and questions and follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction);
Complete daily activity reports (KPI tracking, reporting, optimizing);
Meet monthly sales target;
Any other related duties as requested by his superior.
YOUR PROFILE
Post-secondary education in a related field (an asset)
Relevant experience (eBay, Amazon, e-commerce experience)
Excellent understanding of e-commerce transactions
Strong ability with Internet
Online advertising experience
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism (English and French - written and spoken)
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong customer service
Great organizational skills
Well-presented and business oriented
The selected candidate must be available to work on a 40 hours per week schedule.
