Digital Marketing / Communications Manager

CyFrame International Enterprises Inc, a dynamic, rapidly expanding Enterprise Management (ERP Systems) provider of niche software and consulting solutions to the global plastics manufacturing industry located in Ville Saint Laurent, has an opportunity for a passionate, results oriented individual to join their marketing / business development team.

This person will have the following responsibilities:

Web Analytics / Continuous website improvement, analyze traffic, conversions & improve content
Support the cultivation of opportunities from lead to prospect stage with follow up / Drip activities
Analyze and improve SEO positioning & social media presence
Manage web marketing automation execution
CRM & Web Strategy
Produce, Coordinate and Distribute monthly newsletters (Internal & Rentals)
Drive market research; qualify new target markets / strategy
Manage partner and sub-contractor relationships (Graphics design, SEO, Events)
Publish new web content
Identify new opportunities within CRM to target in conjunction with phone sales

Prerequisites:

Possess 4-8 years experience in related field
Be resourceful, results driven, proactive & demonstrate initiative
Proven success, capability and knowledge related to above activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
University Degree

Strong Assets:

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is Strong Asset

We are seeking an individual with strong planning and organizational skills and who is a natural driver, self-motivated and results-oriented who can bring and implement their marketing lead generation expertise in house.

Must demonstrate initiative, energy and enthusiasm, team work, focus on priorities, deliverables, perseverance and continuous search for self-improvement

We offer a competitive base salary of between 55-65K depending on skill set/experience and provide excellent group benefits.
