Sales & Marketing coordinator - Showcare Event Solutions
Showcare is a leading North American registration and event services provider. We are currently experiencing significant growth and are actively seeking support to enhance our value proposition in becoming an undisputed leader in our key market segments. In order to support our sales and marketing initiatives, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.

Key responsibilities 

Marketing & communications :

- Contribute to Showcare’s marketing plan and strategy
- Coordinate Internal and External communications
- Coordinate Client Advisory Board
- Coordinate marketing and leadgen activities with our key partners
- Ensure top digital presence (social media, web site content and information)
- Lead our market intelligence
- Produce and manage corporate sales/marketing documents & tools
- Manage corporate information portal, specifically business development and sales

Sales & Sales support :
- Coordinate Bid and Sales processes
- Sales team assistance
- Create/maintain client information
- Co-development of marketing efforts with strategic partners

Key requirements:

- University degree or final year of study in Marketing and / or Communications
- Exceptional writing skills (English)
- Strong knowledge of Digital and Social Media
- Aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demand
- Availability for seasonal peaks
- Ability to travel within North America

Other valuable assets:

- Creative copy writing or previous copy writing and editing experience
- Experience in IT
- Experience in Event management
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
- Graphic design and creation
