Project coordination & client care (bilingual):
Project management
• Manage client requests and act as primary contact
• Schedule & coordinate ongoing projects (internal & external)
• Schedule & lead weekly team meetings
• Manage internal and external teams
• Produce status documents such as timelines, budgets and any other documents that are needed
• Review and approval of completed work before sending it to client
• Internal documentation
• Collaborate on social media efforts and other communication tasks as needed.
